Sounds lovely. However I live in Scandinavia and am used to weigh in gram/kilo and measure in liter/deciliter. Having to convert everything in the book would be a pain in the bum. And that makes me a bit sad. Would have loved that book, I think.

Almost all standard cookbooks made in the US use cups/ounces measurements. In every recipe I provide the recipe in grams, and some include ounces and volume measurements. Every kitchen scale I’ve ever owned has had the ability to measure in both grams and ounces, so no matter what cookbook you get, it’ll be easy for you to make the recipes! 😀
This is the kitchen scale I use: http://amzn.to/1QcgHSf
Hope this helps,

Hi that looks so good. Do you mix your own gluten free flour or do you use for this recipes a mixture from the supermarket? Because i want I want to make the flour by my self 😉
.. oh and is every recipe vegan?Reply

Hi Josi! I don’t use gluten-free mixes because the majority of those mixes are made of starches and white rice flour, which don’t have any nutritional value. Here are the flours I use in the cookbook:
-Almond Meal
-Brown Rice Flour
-Coconut Flour
-Oat Flour
-Peanut Flour
-Quinoa Flour
-Organic Soy Flour
-Sweet White Sorghum Flour
Also, not all of the recipes are vegan, but there are quite a few in there. There are 70 recipes total in the cookbook — 20 of them are vegan/vegan optional. Hope this helps Josi! 🙂Reply

Just bought the pdf version of your cookbook on Etsy. I really want to make the Crème Brûlée from your recipes. Can you substitute the Erythritol for Stevia or agave be used?

It really depends on the recipe, but all I know for sure is that substitutions DON’T work in the creme brûlée! It’s best to use stevia along with another sweetener to avoid an aftertaste. If you don’t mind sugar, you can try evaporated cane juice or sucanat, if you don’t want erythritol. I wouldn’t recommend agave in most cases because it can throw off the dry:wet ratio. Hope this helps!! 🙂
