Your second interview
If you’re invited to continue with the interview process, you may be asked to complete a talent exploration questionnaire before your second interview. The outcome of the questionnaire is purely used as a conversation starter. During the second interview, we focus on your drivers, your ambitions and how you match with the ASML culture. This interview typically takes place on-site, giving you a chance to meet in person with your interviewers and get a feel of our work environment.
If your resume matches the job requirements and your application is selected, you’ll be invited to your first interview at ASML. The interview process will vary depending on the job you’re applying for, as well as the region. ASML interview process
What is the ASML interview process like?
The ASML interview process will vary depending on the job you are applying for as well as which country you are applying in. Generally, however, you may have two or more interviews for a job at ASML. The first interview, which takes place with the position’s hiring manager and a member of the team, assesses your background, skills and compatibility with the team.
If you are invited for a second interview, you may be asked to complete an online assessment that should be submitted before the interview takes place. The second interview takes place with a project leader, architect or different team member. You may also be invited to a third interview with the human resources (HR) department. If all interviews are successful, you will then receive a job offer from HR.
When will I receive an invitation for my interview?
The ASML recruitment department will send you an email that includes information about the location, date, and interviewers once the interview has been planned.
I've been asked to complete a talent exploration questionnaire for the job I've applied for. What is it and how much time do I have to complete it?
The talent exploration questionnaire is purely used as a conversation starter for your second interview. Once you've received it, we encourage you to complete it as soon as possible, and at least two days before your next interview with ASML
When will I hear back after my interview?
It depends on the country in which you are applying for a job, but you should generally receive feedback within five working days.

Does ASML offer relocation support?
If you are an 'international local hire' – in other words, you were hired to work in a different country or state than where you currently live – ASML will support the relocation of you and your direct family members (spouse and children). ASML will provide support for immigration, travel, shipping personal belongings, cultural awareness and language training, and tax advice.
Can you help my spouse in finding a job as well?

Does ASML help with continued learning and development?
